01 / The person behind DW
I’m Daniel. An engineering leader whose career has been built in manufacturing, where decisions matter and there’s usually something new to learn.
The best lessons rarely arrive neatly packaged. They come from a difficult breakdown, a conversation you should have had earlier, or the moment you realise the team needs a different approach.
DW brings those experiences together with my interest in automotive engineering, writing and honest conversation. The thread through all of it is curiosity—and a belief that good leadership starts with people.
